1. Rotate the speed regulator switch clockwise until the indicator light is on, which will turn on the fan and generate an ionic airflow. To increase the fan speed, you can rotate the speed regulator switch clockwise. When the position is set to "off", the indicator light goes out, indicating that the ion fan is shut down. To adjust the airflow direction, loosen the plum blossom screws on the bracket, tilt the machine body to adjust the up and down position, and then tighten the bracket screws after adjustment. To clean the ion emitter, rotate the handle of the cleaning head clockwise until it stops, and then repeat the rotation until it is thoroughly cleaned. The neutralization time of static electricity by the wind speed of an ion fan is determined by multiple factors. The two most important reasons are the distance and wind speed of the ion fan. Air ions are constantly neutralizing each other. Cations and anions attract each other through static electricity, resulting in the transfer and recombination of these charges. High wind speeds can neutralize them at greater distances, and the greater the wind speed, the faster the static electricity is neutralized. When using an ion fan for electronic assembly, the ionized airflow should cover the working area as much as possible so that the positive and negative charges on the surface of the object can be well neutralized and kept in a neutralized state. Iii. Clean the launch point of the transmitter. Rotate the handle of the cleaning head clockwise until it stops and then release it. Repeat the rotation until it is thoroughly cleaned. Do this at least once a week. The air inlet screen and the ionization outlet screen should be kept clean to prevent airflow blockage. They can be cleaned with a soft brush or compressed air. 4. Use a plate load monitor to measure or an ion tester to measure the ion balance degree. The brand of the test instrument is CIMCO (ME-268A) from the United States, or an ion tester can be used to measure the ion balance (residual voltage). The output design of the ion fan for the ion quantity is stable and fixed. Due to the possible influence of factors such as voltage fluctuations and the dryness and humidity of the ambient air, the ion balance degree may shift.
