How to detect and maintain anti-static products?

　　Establish an anti-static management system and assign a dedicated person to be in charge. Regularly inspect and maintain the effectiveness of anti-static facilities.
(1) Wrist strap: Check once a day. The SL-035 wristband tester, SL-039 wristband online monitoring instrument and SL-033 human body comprehensive tester produced by our company can be used for detection.
(2) Anti-static clothing: It should be inspected once a month. The SL-030 surface resistance tester, SL-030A heavy hammer surface resistance tester and SL-030B digital display heavy hammer surface resistance tester produced by our company can be used for inspection.
(3) Anti-static shoes: They should be tested once a week using the SL-033, SL-031 and SL-036 human body comprehensive testing instruments produced by our company.
(4) Human body comprehensive resistance: It should be tested once a day using the SL-033 human body comprehensive tester, SL-031 human body comprehensive tester and SL-036 human body comprehensive tester produced by our company. It is generally inspected at the entrance of the workshop.
(5) The anti-static performance of anti-static component racks, printed circuit board racks, turnover boxes and transport vehicles should be inspected once every six months. The SL-030 surface resistance tester, SL-030A heavy hammer surface resistance tester and SL-030B digital display heavy hammer surface resistance tester produced by our company can be used for testing.
(6) Anti-static floors, table MATS and floor MATS should be inspected once every three months. The SL-030 surface resistance tester, SL-030A heavy hammer surface resistance tester and SL-030B digital display heavy hammer surface resistance tester produced by our company can be used for inspection.
(7) The static electricity elimination equipment should be inspected once every three months. A static electricity tester can be used, such as the Japanese imported FMX-OO3 static electricity tester. Or the ME268A flat-panel electrostatic tester.
(8) The grounding of anti-static products should be inspected once a month. The SL-038A grounding system monitoring and alarm instrument produced by our company can be used for detection.
